Funding Societies | Modalku seeks a Relationship Manager to grow our SME lending book in Singapore. You will acquire new SME clients, manage a rolling pipeline from prospecting to disbursement, and build partnerships with business owners and referral partners.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in SME financing or B2B sales.
• Strong hunter mentality and ability to win new business.
• Network of SME decision makers or referral partners is an advantage.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a target-driven environment.
• Good communication skills in English and at least one second language.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new-to-Funding Societies SME clients through calls, canvassing, networking, and referrals.
• Build and manage your own pipeline of SME borrowers and drive deals from prospecting to disbursement.
• Develop relationships with business owners and referral partners to generate consistent deal flow.
• Attend networking and referral partner events to originate new opportunities.
• Think with a commercial mindset — balancing customer needs with FS's profitability and risk.
