Job summary

Makeshift Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a driven Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing team. You’ll hunter for opportunities, build relationships with corporate clients and close deals in the office furniture and workplace solutions space.

You’ll develop new B2B clients, manage your own sales pipeline, attend client meetings and site visits, prepare proposals, and chase monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or business development
• Hunter mentality — you create opportunities, not wait for them
• Proven ability to prospect, pitch and close deals

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B clients and business opportunities
• Actively prospect and build your own sales pipeline
• Connect with corporate clients, interior professionals and procurement teams
• Attend client meetings, presentations and site visits
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office furniture solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations
• Negotiate and close projects
• Follow up on opportunities and maintain CRM records
• Develop existing accounts for repeat and referral business
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
