Job summary

You will engage SMEs and corporate clients, present proposals, and help tailor concepts to client needs. Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
• Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and engaging corporate clients.
• Good problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Sales, business development, recruitment, or client servicing experience preferred.
• Experience in interior design, construction, real estate, or other B2B industries is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, corporates, and property-related partners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients requiring office renovation, design, or workspace planning.
• Engage prospects to understand their workplace needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal design and project teams to align client requirements with proposals.
• Prepare basic presentations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients.
• Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
• Attend meetings, site visits, and events when required.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
