Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in HR Technology, Automation, Digital Transformation and Project Management.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and delivery of HR digitalisation and RPA initiatives.
• Assist in reviewing, documenting and automating HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate project activities, including stakeholder engagement and timeline tracking.
• Support HR data management and data quality activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Contribute to process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.

Internship period : January - June 2027

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and delivery of Human Capital digitalisation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.
• Assist in reviewing, documenting and automating HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, employee movements and transfers, employee data management, and offboarding.
• Coordinate project activities, including stakeholder engagement, timeline tracking, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation and post-implementation follow-up.
• Support HR data management and data quality activities, including data cleansing, validation, reconciliation and maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards and presentation materials to support project tracking and stakeholder updates.
• Contribute to process improvement and system enhancement initiatives, and support other Human Capital transformation projects as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in HR Technology, Automation, Digital Transformation and Project Management.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, UiPath or other automation/data visualisation tools would be an advantage.
• Comfortable working with data, systems and cross-functional stakeholders in a project-based environment.
