We're thrilled to announce the opening for Human Resources Intern in our Moët Hennessy Singapore office. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge, and developing new skills. We are looking for a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule, five days a week , starting January 2026.
Job responsabilities
How you will contribute…
- Contribute to the design, execution, and tracking of regional Talent & Learning initiatives across Asia Pacific.
- Support Talent Development projects, including learning programmes, career development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and analysis of Talent & Learning dashboards and reports, consolidating talent data to provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate and execute regional learning programmes, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Provide project support for Talent & Learning initiatives, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Coordinate and organise Talent & Learning–related meetings, communications, and regional projects.

- Learn about various aspects of talent life cycle from recruitment, onboarding, talent engagement and development and off boarding.
- Gain a deeper understanding of talent management best practises.
- Develop insights into HR reporting and analytics to support decision- making.
- Learn project management skills specific to Talent and Learning related projects.
