Job summary

Moët Hennessy Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern for a 6‑month, full‑time placement starting January 2026. You will gain hands‑on exposure to Talent & Learning across Asia Pacific, working in a collaborative, diverse team.

You will assist with learning programmes, dashboards, and development initiatives, while developing project management, analytics, and communication skills in a luxury hospitality context.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing studies in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a luxury бренd context.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, execution, and tracking of regional Talent & Learning initiatives across Asia Pacific.
• Support Talent Development projects, including learning programmes and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and analysis of Talent & Learning dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate and execute regional learning programmes, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Provide project support for Talent & Learning initiatives, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate and organise Talent & Learning–related meetings, communications, and regional projects.
