Job summary

Moët Hennessy Singapore is offering a 6-month Finance Intern position in our Singapore office. You will support regional FP&A, cost monitoring for A&P, CAPEX, and e-business reporting, and help prepare weekly and monthly financial decks.

We seek an undergraduate in Finance or Business who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with MS Office. The role runs full-time, five days a week, starting in October 2026, with exposure to Anaplan and cross‑regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Regional FP&A support: assist in maintaining PV templates, support forecasting cycles, monitor A&P spend, and create reports/templates for A&P, CAPEX, and E-Business.
• MH Private Support: extract data, weekly sales report, monitor costs including A&P, ROI, accruals, and assist PO creation during forecasting cycles.
• Reporting & Data Preparation: prepare Monthly Financial Review decks for APAC meetings, extract/consolidate data from financial systems, perform data quality checks.
• What you will learn: Fundamentals of financial modelling, stakeholder management in finance and cross-functional teams, FP&A tools and templates.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule, five days a week, starting the first week of October 2026.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

Regional FP&A Support:

• Assist in maintaining the Profit Variance (PV) templates to support financial analysis.
• Support forecasting cycles by loading and validating financial data in systems.
• Perform basic cost monitoring and tracking for Advertising & Promotion (A&P) spend.
• Create, and maintain reports and templates for A&P, capex expenditure (CAPEX), and E-Business.

MH Private Support:

• Extract data and support the preparation of weekly sales report.
• Perform basic cost monitoring, including A&P spend, ROI analysis, and accruals.
• Support the creation of Purchase Orders (POs) during forecasting cycles.

Reporting & Data Preparation

• Support the preparation of Monthly Financial Review decks for APAC market meetings.
• Assist in extracting and consolidating data from financial systems and templates.
• Perform basic data quality checks, including completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
