Job summary

Coliwoo is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations within the Singapore team. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, onboard/offboard processes, and support training initiatives while collaborating with business leaders on performance reviews and HR projects.

You will also manage work pass matters, advise on employee relations, and help administer compensation and benefits. A strong grasp of HR regulations and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent.
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience with strong business acumen.
• Provide HR advice in a commercially sensitive and appropriate way.
• Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment through Career Fair, Campus recruitment and direct sourcing.
• Well-versed in Employment Act and HR practices/regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Self-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Knowledge in Workday and Timesoft is an advantage.
• Independent, meticulous, team-player, resourceful and organized.
• Able to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide support to the business units.
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc.
• Participate in HR projects and employee engagement programmes and statutory surveys.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process and build talent pipeline for the business.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding planning and execution.
• Collaborate with business heads on annual performance reviews and training roadmap design.
• Handle work pass matters including applications, renewals, and appeals.
• Provide advice on operational HR matters such as disciplinary issues and grievances.
• Manage government programmes like Internship, SGUnited Traineeship, SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways, SGUnited Skills and more.
• Provide HR information and analysis for management reviews and reporting.
• Maintain HR database and employee records for accurate reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintain HR database and update employees’ records for accurate reporting.

Requirements:
