Worldwide Hotels, Singapore’s largest homegrown hotel group, seeks an entry-level HR Assistant to support recruitment, employee relations and HR operations across our 41 properties. You will assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and internship programs while maintaining tidy records and supporting HR projects.
You will work under supervision to champion company values, build relationships with employees, and contribute to automation and sustainability initiatives within the HR function.

Responsible for performing a wide range of HR duties and functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and other HR-related activities at the entry and administrative level. The incumbent is expected to work together under the guidance of his/her superior to champion the values of the organization, build and maintain positive working relationships with all Employees.
Assist in all administrative and coordination tasks in areas supporting both HR management and learning and development within the HR team.
Focus on talent acquisition and hiring, attracting, selecting, and onboarding talented individuals who align with the organization's needs and values.
Full spectrum of recruitment including internship management
Ensure proper file housekeeping of documentation in an organized manner both digitized or manual system
Assists in the organization of corporate events such as company’s dinner; corporate trip; employee meeting; social gathering etc.
Involved in special projects or new HR initiatives from time to time
Opportunity to participate in projects related to automation, A.I. and key systems implementation
Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Support the company's sustainability initiatives and contribute to its efforts in building a more sustainable and inclusive organisation.
Preferred 1 year of working experience in human resources in the hotel industry
Some knowledge of the local labor laws (in Singapore)
Basic knowledge of HR related matters/terms
Familiar with use of social media platform with regards to recruitment and engagement activities
Good networking with hoteliers
Diploma or Degree from a recognized tertiary institution
