Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking an HR business partner to support its Sensor MEMS and ASIC organization based in Singapore. This role partners with business leaders to implement HR solutions across organization design, performance, and compensation, leading annual reviews and salary adjustments.

The successful candidate will have 3 years + HRBP or HR generalist experience in an R&D setting, preferably with semiconductor R&D exposure, and a strong, self-driven and interpersonal approach to stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR or microelectronics-related field.
• Around 3 years of HRBP or HR generalist experience supporting an R&D team; semiconductor R&D HRBP experience is a plus.
• Strong self-driven learner with high interpersonal sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into HR solutions across design, talent development, performance management, and compensation.
• Lead quarterly headcount and org structure reviews, including recruitment progress tracking.
• Own annual review of talent development pathways, job grading, and promotion processes.
• Drive training needs analysis and annual training plan execution.
• Facilitate quarterly performance goal-setting and review cycles.
• Lead annual salary review and adjustment exercises, year-end bonus allocation, and design of targeted incentive schemes.
• Build strong employee relationships through 1-on-1 touchpoints across onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and exit.
• Champion company strategy and culture within the business unit.

Our client with sensor product teams based across Singapore, UK, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Malaysia. They are looking for an HRBP to support their Sensor MEMS and ASIC organization, based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into systematic HR solutions across organization design, talent development, performance management, and compensation.
• Lead quarterly headcount and org structure reviews, including recruitment progress tracking.
• Own the annual review of talent development pathways, job grading, and promotion processes.
• Drive training needs analysis and annual training plan execution (general and specialized).
