ELUSH (T3) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to manage day-to-day HR operations and the full payroll cycle.
You will ensure accurate processing of salaries, deductions and statutory submissions while maintaining strict confidentiality. The role requires 2 years of HR/payroll experience with knowledge of Singapore payroll practices, CPF, IR8A/IR21 and government claims. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office is advantageous.
Manage and performday-to-day HR and administrative operations, ensuring all HR-related matters are processed accurately and within the required timelines.
Handle thefull spectrum of monthly payroll processing, including basic salary, allowances, overtime, commissions, deductions, unpaid leave and other payroll adjustments, with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Process monthlyCPF contributions and other statutory submissions, ensuring compliance with prevailing Singapore employment and statutory requirements.
Prepare and processIR8A, IR21 and tax clearance matters, as well as other relevant employee income tax submissions.
Administer and maintaingovernment-paid leave and statutory claims, including CPF-related and other applicable government claims.
Manage statutory payments and submissions, includingForeign Worker Levy (FWL), FWL waiver applicationsand other applicable statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in theHRIS, including employee particulars, salary information, leave, attendance and other HR-related data.
Manageemployee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, resignations and other employee movements.
Assist withforeign worker administration, including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related MOM matters.
Prepare and submitgovernment surveys, manpower reports and other statutory/administrative returnswithin the stipulated deadlines.
Maintain and update theOccupational Employment Dataset (OED)and other relevant manpower information on a regular basis.
Maintain proper and systematicHR documentation and personnel records, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Assist withleave, attendance, medical claims, employee benefits and other HR administrative matters.
Liaise with employees, government agencies and external service providers on HR, payroll and administrative matters when required.
Support the HR team in ensuringcompliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements.
Perform otherHR and administrative duties and ad hoc assignmentsas assigned by management.
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum2 years of relevant HR and payroll experience, preferably with hands-on experience managing monthly payroll independently.
Strong hands-on experience infull-cycle payroll processing, preferably within an environment involvingbasic salary and commission-based remuneration.
Good knowledge ofSingapore payroll practices and statutory requirements, including CPF, IR8A, IR21, FWL and government-paid leave/claims.
Meticulous, detail-oriented and highly organised, with strong attention topayroll accuracy and data integrity.
Able to handleconfidential employee and payroll informationwith a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Good working knowledge ofHR administration, employee records management and HRIS.
Experience withInfo-Tech, SAP and Microsoft Officewill be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
