Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding at our Venture Drive office in Singapore. You will source and attract candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently.

The role requires 2–5 years in recruitment, a diploma/degree in HR or related field, and strong candidate assessment

• 2–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Familiar with LinkedIn and major job portals.
