SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR leader to steer the people strategy across the organisation.

You will lead the HR team, partner with business stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives while driving talent growth and engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, manpower planning, L&D, performance management and employee wellbeing in a compliant, inclusive workplace.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience across full HR spectrum.
• Retail industry exposure is required.
• Experience in both MNC and SME environments is advantageous.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, policies and processes, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and internal governance standards.
• Foster positive employee relations, strengthen employee engagement and promote an inclusive workplace culture that supports employee wellbeing.
• Champion HR digitalisation, process improvements and innovative initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Provide HR advisory support to management, guide the HR team and build strong relationships across business functions to deliver effective HR solutions.
