Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support the hiring process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and a basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.   • Conduct initial telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the HR team in organizing recruitment drives and onboarding activities.
