Job summary

Commit Learning Schoolhouse in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources Executive - Talent Acquisition for a full-time, on-site role. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs.

The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing employer branding initiatives, and supporting IT recruitment as needed. The executive will ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain effective communication throughout the hiring

Qualifications

• Experience in hiring and recruiting, especially in education.
• Excellent communication with candidates and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with local employment regulations and TA best practices.
• Diploma in HR/Business Admin preferred.
• Proficiency in HR systems is a plus.

Role Description

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting, with experience in educational Recruitment
• Excellent Communication skills to efficiently interact with candidates and internal teams
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Familiarity with local employment regulations and talent acquisition best practices
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools is an added advantage
