Job summary

EPOS in Singapore is offering a Sales Operations & Automation Intern role to gain hands-on experience with CRM, data analytics and process automation. You will support HubSpot updates, data management and reporting while learning to automate routine tasks.

You’ll work with the team to test workflows, clean data, map fields and document SOPs, helping identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and comfortable working with data.
• Interested in Data Analytics, CRM or Automation.
• Willingness to learn HubSpot and new tools.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HubSpot CRM updates and maintenance.
• Help maintain and organize sales data and ensure information is accurate.
• Assist with Excel reports, data analysis and basic dashboards.
• Support HubSpot workflow and automation setup and testing.
• Help with data cleaning, duplicate checking and field mapping.
• Assist in testing new HubSpot processes before they go live.
• Help document SOPs and step-by-step processes.
• Support the Sales Operations team with ad-hoc data and reporting tasks.
• Learn and assist with identifying manual processes that can be automated.
