Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Intern to leverage technology and data to improve processes, reporting capabilities, and support business transformation initiatives. Qualifications

Open to learning and feedback.
Strong interest in data analytics, process improvement and technology.
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SharePoint/Power BI/Power Automate is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Process Automation: support the automation of workflows to improve efficiency and controls.
Dashboard Development: assist in developing, enhancing, and maintaining reporting dashboards for meaningful insights.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): support testing activities for system enhancements and new solutions.
Data Analysis & Reporting: assist in preparing and analyzing reports for informed decision-making.
