Job summary

Palo Alto Networks in Singapore is seeking analytical, proactive interns to join our Renewal Services and Sales Operations team for a 3-6 month internship. Qualifications

• Undergraduate or recent grad from a Singapore university in Business Analytics, Information Systems, CS, Engineering.
• Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros/VBA).
• Familiarity with automation or scripting (Python, Power Automate, Apps Script).
• Exposure to CRM like Salesforce and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Documentation & Process Automation: document key workflows; identify inefficiencies; implement automation with Excel macros, Power Automate, Python.
• SLA KPI Measurement & Reporting: establish SLA metrics; build dashboards (Tableau, Excel) to visualize performance; automate report generation.
• Design & Implement Ticketing/Queue System: build intake/tracking for Sales/Channel requests using CRM tools (Salesforce), Google Forms + Sheets, or ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow).
• Support Sales Operations – KPI Reporting & Data Integration: collaborate to define KPIs; consolidate data from Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets; develop automated dashboards and reports.
