Job summary

Bosch Singapore is seeking a motivated Corporate Communications Intern to gain hands-on experience in communications, content creation, and project management within a multinational team.

You will support the Sales Excellence Data Analytics area by assisting in preparing quotations, contract support, CRM tooling, and analytical reporting, while developing your skills in data-driven storytelling and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and follow-through are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Structured and analytical thinking with problem‑solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of data analytics processes and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and processing of sales quotations to support objectives and KPI targets.
• Support contract preparation ensuring correct application of customer requirements via automation.
• Provide support for CRM tools and systems.
• Assist the Sales team with analytical, administrative, and operational activities.
• Manage sales reports, dashboards, and processes for better data accessibility and insights.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business development.
• Support ad hoc sales, analytics, and marketing projects as assigned.
