Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutionsは、シンガポールの空港貨物ハンドラー職を募集しています。代理店との連携で貨物の出入港手続きや現場での取り扱いを担い、荷物の仕分けと検査準備、文書作成、追跡などを行います。

1〜2年程度の関連経験が歓迎され、英語の基本コミュニケーション能力と回転勤務の対応が求められます。教育の機会や安全衛生の研修を通じて成長できる環境です。

Qualifications

• 標準教育程度は高卒相当以上。
• 車両免許（3種・フォークリフト免許いずれかが望ましい）を所持していると有利。
• 1〜2年程度の関連経験が望ましい。
• 英語の読み書きができること（簡易な英語で会話可能）
• 回転シフト勤務が可能で、週末以外の休みが必ずしも週末になるとは限らない。

Responsibilities

• 空港の貨物ターミナルで代理店から貨物を引き取り、または届け入札を行う。
• 入荷/出荷の荷物を仕分け、X線検査機へ振り分け、追加検査が必要な荷物を引き取る。
• クリアランス文書を作成し貨物受領を確認する（割当時）。
• 輸入/輸出荷物をスキャンして荷物の追跡性を確保する。
• 小包・文書をUPSエアバッグに分解する。
• feeder トラック/コンテナから荷物を積卸する。
• パレ積みと不規則荷物の仕分け/分解を行う。
• 荷役補助を行う契約業者の管理を行う。
• 航空セキュリティ・健康安全・財務収益回収の必須トレーニングを完了する。
• その他、都度指示された業務を行う。

職務内容:

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and tender cargo from/to agents at the airport cargo terminals

• Sort incoming/outgoing packages and splitting packages to X-ray machines, including retrieval of packages that required further inspection.

• Prepare clearance documentations and verify receipt of cargo (if assigned)

• Scan all import/export packages for inbound and outbound package visibility.

• Break bags packages into UPS air bags for small boxes and documents.

• Load and unload packages from feeder trucks and containers.

• Fork pallets and irregulars for sorting or breakdown

• Manage contractors assigned to assist loading and unloading processes

• Complete mandatory training modules in Aviation Security, Health and Safety, and Finance Revenue Recovery.

• And any other duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• At least Secondary education or equivalent

• Possess class 3 driving license or forklift license would be an advantage

• 1 - 2 years relevant experience preferred

• Able to carry packages up to 30kg

• Must be able to write and speak simple English

• Willing to work on rotating shift, where off/rest days may not necessarily be on weekends
