Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Safety Officer to support WSH and environmental activities in accordance with statutory and company requirements.

The role involves guiding workers, supervisors and subcontractors on safety practices and coordinating site inspections and risk assessments. You will conduct toolbox talks, training, and emergency drills, assist investigations and corrective actions, and liaise with project teams, subcontractors, consultants and authorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Safety Management or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in civil/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Support WSH and environmental activities in compliance with statutory and company requirements.
• Provide safety guidance and coaching to workers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and PTW checks.
• Coordinate safety briefings, toolbox meetings, training and emergency drills.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, consultants and authorities on WSH matters.
• Monitor HSE performance and maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
• Identify safety gaps and recommend improvements.

Education

Diploma in Occupational Safety Management, or equivalent

• Salary Range: $2600 - $3500


• Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday), 8am - 12pm (Saturday)
