EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced civil infrastructure project leader for site and project management in Singapore.

You will drive planning, scheduling, and execution from initiation to handover, coordinating with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors on a range of civil works. The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil/infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance with local regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant civil/infrastructure experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, method statements and resource plans.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise site operations and coordinate with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Oversee civil works including drainage, sewerage, utilities.
• Manage budgets, variations and progress payments; liaise with clients and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and quality standards; maintain records.

Job Scope

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, method statements and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.

Site & Construction Management

• Supervise site operations and coordinate with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Oversee structural, drainage, sewerage, utility and other civil works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety and compliance with approved drawings and requirements.

Contract & Stakeholder Management

• Manage project budgets, variation claims, subcontractor claims and progress payments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Attend site and progress meetings and resolve technical or operational issues.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, quality standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports and records.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
