Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Safety Officer to support WSH and environmental activities in accordance with statutory and company requirements in Singapore.

The role involves coaching workers and supervisors, conducting site inspections and risk assessments, and coordinating safety trainings and drills. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Occupational Safety Management with 2–3 years of relevant civil/infrastructure experience, and can liaise with authorities and subcontractors to

Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Safety Management, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in civil/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Support WSH and environmental activities in compliance with statutory and company requirements.
• Provide safety guidance and coaching to workers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and PTW checks.
• Coordinate safety briefings, toolbox meetings, training and emergency drills.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, consultants and authorities on WSH matters.
• Monitor HSE performance and maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
• Identify safety gaps and recommend improvements.

• Company located at Tuas

• Salary Range: $2600 - $3500

• Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday), 8am - 12pm (Saturday)
