ea recruitment pte. ltd. is hiring for a senior civil/project planning and execution role in Tuas, Singapore.

You will lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, developing schedules, method statements and resource plans while monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions. You will supervise site operations, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, oversee structural, drainage, sewerage and utility works, and ensure compliance with

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, method statements and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.

• Attend site and progress meetings and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, quality standards and statutory requirements.

Job Scope

• Manage project budgets, variation claims, subcontractor claims and progress payments.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, quality standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports and records.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
