Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Coordinator to assist the Safety Officer in leading the safety team and subcontractors at project sites. You will liaise with site operations, PMs, clients and consultants on safety and health issues, and assist in accident reporting and investigations as well as toolbox meetings and safety execution.

The role requires at least 3 years of safety experience post-MOM registration, plus tunnelling/mining experience, strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of safety experience after post registration with MOM.
• Minimum 3 years of tunnelling and mining experience.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Possess a certificate in Assess Confined space safe for Entry / Work.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.
• Advance Certificate in WSH Level B.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance with prevailing MOM regulations.
• Any other duties and responsibility as assigned.
