Job summary

Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Safety Management professional to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations across multiple sites in Singapore. The role requires at least 3-5 years of experience in the marine or safety industry.

Responsibilities include advising on safety measures, supporting project HSE programs, and conducting HSE trainings. Candidates should possess a diploma in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering and should be dynamic and proactive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marine or safety industry.
• Preferably possess WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.

• Advise on remedial measures to prevent incidents.
• Support Project Management team with HSE Programs.
• Administer HSE Meetings and maintain documentation.
• Manage subcontractors to coordinate HSE Programs.
• Conduct daily site inspections for safety.

Ensures the Safety of personnel through compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and other relevant legislations

Responsibilities

• Advises / Reports to the occupier of the workplace together with recommendations on remedial measures to be taken to prevent any incident recurrence
• Supports Project Management team to implement Project HSE Programs
• Administers HSE Meetings and maintain HSE documentations
• Maintains and implements Emergency Response Procedures for Project
• Assesses and reviews PTW for the activities
• Reviews Risk Assessments and Work Method Statements for Project high risk activities
• Manages subcontractors to coordinate HSE Programs
• Carries out daily site inspection to ensure workplace is safe to work
• Conducts HSE Trainings and briefings when required
• Carries out incident investigations and propose corrective actions to Project Management Team

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marine or safety industry
• Preferably possess WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health
• The incumbent should be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented
• Willing to work overtime and shift works according to project needs

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm
