Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Safety Specialist to support WSH and environmental activities across civil infrastructure projects in Singapore.

You will provide safety guidance, coach workers and subcontractors, and help maintain compliance with statutory and company requirements. The role involves conducting site inspections, risk assessments and PTW checks, coordinating toolbox talks, and assisting with incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Safety Management or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in civil/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Support WSH and environmental activities in compliance with statutory and company requirements.
• Provide safety guidance and coaching to workers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and PTW checks.
• Coordinate safety briefings, toolbox meetings, training and emergency drills.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, consultants and authorities on WSH matters.
• Monitor HSE performance and maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
• Identify safety gaps and recommend improvements.

Salary Range: $2600 - $3500

Working hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday), 8am – 12pm (Saturday)
