Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a payroll administrator in Singapore to manage end-to-end payroll processes and maintain accurate HR records. You will handle government leave administration, NS claims, and respond to payroll queries while supporting ad hoc HR tasks.

The role requires a diploma with payroll experience and familiarity with SAP payroll; the position is based in Braddell with standard office hours and a competitive salary up to SGD 3,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Diploma with at least 2 years of payroll experience.
• Familiarity with the SAP payroll system (Not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and in compliance.
• Maintain and update HR files, employee records and systems in a timely manner.
• Manage government-related leave processes (Maternity, Paternity, Shared Parental, Childcare) and NS claims.
• Address payroll-related queries and provide ad hoc support as needed.
