HAIER SINGAPORE INVESTMENT HOLDING PTE. LTD. is seeking a data-driven HR Data Analyst to join the Overseas HR Digitalization team.

You will measure platform adoption, identify usage gaps, and translate data into actionable improvement recommendations to power HR decisions. You'll build dashboards, analyze headcount, payroll accuracy, training completion, and performance distributions across overseas entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR data analysis, HRIS analytics, or People Analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language (Python or R).
• Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, FineBI, or similar).
• Solid understanding of HR functional domains — recruitment, payroll, performance, training, and organizational management.
• Bilingual proficiency: fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• HR Systems Usage Analytics — Monitor and analyze utilization patterns across our HR system landscape; build dashboards and reports surface adoption rates, engagement, and user behavior trends.
• Data-Driven Business Insights — Translate HR questions into data problems; deliver recurring analytics outputs covering headcount, turnover, payroll accuracy, training completion, and performance distribution across overseas entities.
• Improvement Identification — Identify data quality issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies; prioritize opportunities by impact and feasibility and track remediation progress.
• AI Data Foundation — Contribute to design and maintenance of structured HR data assets for AI-powered applications; ensure data governance and pipeline readiness for model training.
• Cross-Entity Data Governance — Standardize HR data definitions and metrics across overseas subsidiaries; maintain a unified HR data dictionary and KPI framework.
• Stakeholder Communication — Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences; facilitate data-driven decision-making within HR.
