Responsibilities

• Answer questions on standard Workday capabilities and escalate complex cases with HRIS team.
• Maintain day-to-day Workday availability, performance, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Contribute to Workday releases and HRIS projects including configuration, testing and post go-live support.
• Create training, knowledge-sharing sessions and user guides for feature adoption.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and the business to meet Workday needs.
• Maintain HR data, reports, dashboards, controls and process documentation.
• Manage cases with Workday Support and keep the team updated.
