Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Senior Specialist, HR Systems to optimize HR technology and processes through data‑driven insights and strategic system configuration. You will partner with HR and IT to enhance system performance and user experience while driving continuous improvement in HR service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HRIS with Workday expertise, strong analytical skills, and experience delivering HRIS projects from requirements gathering to deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT or equivalent.
• Three to five years of experience in HRIS support and implementation, with strong Workday knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the subject matter expert for HR systems and advise stakeholders on functionality and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency through technology.
• Lead end‑to‑end HRIS projects including requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to document business requirements and translate them into functional specs.
• Support automation initiatives with the internal AI team and design/test HR AI agents and digital assets.
• Maintain system documentation, training materials, and process flows for continuity.
• Plan UAT, develop test scenarios, track defects, and ensure changes meet requirements before deployment.
• Coordinate issue resolution and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Manage security roles and data governance for HR systems.
