BOC Aviation Limited is seeking a Senior HR Transformation Lead to deliver strategic HR initiatives, including an HRMS replacement, payroll transformation and benefits-related projects.

This hands-on role covers the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from vendor evaluation and design through user acceptance testing, go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilisation, collaborating with HR, IT, vendors and other stakeholders.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum six years of HR experience with payroll and benefits knowledge.
• Hands-on HRMS implementation experience including testing and go-live.
• Experience collaborating with HR, IT and vendors in projects.
• Payroll operations and controls experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end delivery of HR transformation initiatives, including HRMS replacement and payroll projects.
• Evaluate vendor solutions against HR and payroll requirements and advise on selections.
• Collaborate with HR SMEs, IT teams and vendors to translate requirements into system config and processes.
• Develop UAT strategy, test scenarios, scripts and defect tracking for timely resolution.
• Define payroll controls, data validation, and validation checks; support data migrations and payroll outputs.
• Drive change management with user guides, SOPs, training materials and go-live readiness.
• Review and implement global benefits programmes and related systems for efficiency and employee experience.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, governance, documentation and approval processes for compliance.
