Job summary

EY is seeking an HR Technology Consultant in Singapore to help design and implement digital HR transformations for leading clients. You will bridge HR business requirements with technical solutions, working with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and other platforms.

The role offers exposure to global EY teams and a pathway to grow in HR technology consulting. You will join a growing Singapore-based team, collaborating with offshore configuration and delivery specialists to drive successful HRIS

Qualifications

3–5 years of HR, HR Operations, HR Transformation, or HR Technology experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or similar HR systems.
Knowledge of local Singapore HR practices, employment regulations, and operating models.
Experience in system implementations, upgrades or HR transformation initiatives is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Design and implement HR technology solutions to improve employee experiences.
Bridge HR business requirements with technology capabilities throughout projects.
Collaborate with offshore configuration teams and clients during delivery.
Deliver workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional designs.
Support data migration, reporting, integrations, and post-go-live stabilization.
