Job summary
ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to accelerate AI adoption across HR, promoting Human + AI ways of working and driving measurable productivity gains.
You will co-lead the HR AI Champions Network, partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, govern responsible AI and embed AI into the future HR operating model. The role demands 15-20 years in HR tech, strong change management, and hands-on experience with platforms such as SuccessFactors,
Qualifications
- Requires degree in information systems, technology or related discipline.
- 15-20 years of experience in HR technology, digital HR transformation, change management or related areas.
- Proven experience leading AI, digital, or technology adoption initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR modules including SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience implementing HR technology and driving change across large organizations.
- Experiences with AI, automation and digital tools to improve productivity and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the HR AI adoption strategy and roadmap.
- Co-lead the HR AI Champions Network across Group HR and Business Areas.
- Drive adoption of AI tools and solutions within HR.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Support governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and deliver measurable improvements.
