Job summary

Pacific International Lines (PIL) is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst (HR Systems) to support QA and UAT of HR technology solutions. This role works with HR COEs, Shared Services, project managers, BAs, and vendors to ensure HR system enhancements meet requirements and are deployment-ready.

You will validate HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, self-service, incident management, and analytics dashboards, performing end-to-end testing and documenting results for

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, UAT, or HR Systems implementation projects.
• Experience supporting HR applications such as SuccessFactors, HR Service Desk, Zendesk, Power Platform Solutions or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
• Experience supporting HR process rollouts globally or regionally.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, user stories, and process documentation to understand intended system behaviour.
• Execute UAT test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts, including positive and negative testing and end-to-end HR processes.
• Record test results, evidences, pass/fail outcomes, and testing observations in the UAT tracker.
• Identify, document, and log defects and issues discovered during testing.
• Perform defect triage and work with BAs, Developers, and Solution Teams on severity and priority.
• Coordinate retesting after fixes and verify resolution to prevent regressions.
• Collaborate with HR COEs, Project Managers, BA, HRIS teams and vendors to validate outcomes.
