Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced QA/Testing professional to ensure quality for client front ends and RPA integrations. You will design test scenarios, run UAT, and collaborate with product, design and tech teams to plan releases.

The role requires 5+ years in testing, experience with UiPath, web and mobile UAT, and strong knowledge of JIRA and Agile. Banking/wealth management exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology/computer science or relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in a testing role, with UiPath/RPA testing exposure.
• Experience in UAT on digital/client platforms and banking/wealth management domain.
• Proficient with web/app testing and JIRA; knowledge of Agile is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand user requirements from business users and plan test cases.
• Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams to define tests and schedules.
• Deliver releases on time by executing end-to-end testing during UAT.
• Log defects, analyze results, and coordinate with tech for fixes.
• Develop and deploy automated test flows using UiPath and verify integrations.
