Job summary

Lidl & Kaufland Asia Pte. Limited in Singapore seeks an HR Systems Manager to lead and project manage SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS initiatives across the region. You will collaborate with German counterparts and regional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and optimize HR processes.

The role emphasizes data discipline, end-to-end testing, and hands-on configuration, offering exposure to a large multinational HR technology landscape with opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting and configuring HR systems (prefer SAP/SF).
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Excellent project management skills for HRIS implementations and stakeholder management.
• HR system integration and interface management experience required.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and project manage new system implementations, enhancements, and maintenance for HR systems across the region.
• Act as escalation point for SAP HR and SuccessFactors EC in the Asia region.
• Bridge regional HR with German counterparts for HR technology projects and improvements.
• Configure systems with hands-on testing, document user guides, and optimize processes.
• Oversee HR transformation projects, automating and optimizing HR processes.
• Instil data discipline and metrics for a streamlined user experience.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ticket resolution within the team.
• Perform other duties as required.
