Job summary

Qualifications

• Polytechnic Diploma in Business Studies with HRM specialization.
• 2–3 years HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and immigration/work pass procedures.
• Strong numerical and data handling skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel with lookups and pivot tables an asset.
• Experience using Workday is advantageous.
• Interest in pursuing IHRP certification is viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HR systems implementation, requirements gathering, UAT and adoption.
• Support appointment, contract renewal, leave, benefits and exit processes.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards to inform leaders.
• Use AI and digital tools to draft and analyse with human reviews.
• Review HR processes with automation lens and suggest improvements.
• Manage queries to stakeholders with knowledge base and tools.
• Maintain HR knowledge base and templates for accuracy.
• Apply data protection and confidentiality in all AI use.
• Provide support in HR projects and initiatives.
