Job summary

Molex is seeking an HR Specialist to support our Singapore office by delivering a high-quality employee experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role provides HR coordination, office administration, facilities support, employee engagement activities, and HR project support to help create a productive and positive workplace environment.

The position serves as a primary on-site contact for office operations while partnering with HR and business leaders on people

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent HR experience).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience across key employee lifecycle activities.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of local HR processes including performance management, learning cycles, and annual people programs.
• Manage recruitment portfolios from role intake to onboarding, advising on sourcing strategy and selection decisions.
• Lead onboarding, employee movement, and offboarding processes with documentation and communications.
