• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of local HR processes including performance management and learning cycles.
• Manage recruitment portfolios from intake to onboarding and advise on sourcing strategy.
• Lead onboarding, movement, and offboarding, coordinating docs and communications.
• Provide practical HR guidance and escalate complex matters with clear recommendations.
• Maintain HR data, reports, and process documentation; ensure accuracy and compliance.
