Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) is seeking an Executive, HR Shared Services on a 6-month contract. You will manage end-to-end HR transactions, onboarding, movements, renewals, and exits while handling employee inquiries with professional service.

You will maintain HRIS data integrity, coordinate training, and collaborate with Payroll, IT, and HR Partners to ensure compliant, timely HR support and improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2–5 years of HR operations or shared services experience.
• Proficiency in HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR transactions across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, movements, renewals, exits).
• Serve as first contact for employee HR enquiries and service requests with timely support.
• Monitor and update HR enquiries to meet service levels and provide status updates.
• Audit and validate employee records and HRIS data for accuracy and confidentiality.
• Administer training processes, coordinate with providers, and process related payments.
• Liaise with Payroll, HR Partners, IT, and other departments for seamless HR operations.
• Ensure processes comply with university policies, employment laws, and MOM regulations.
• Support data validation, reporting, audits, and HR administrative duties.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to HR knowledge resources and SOPs.
• Participate in HR process enhancements and UAT for new features and automation.
