Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of HR experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards and effective information management.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, maintaining data integrity.
• Support payroll billing and post-payment audit of staff medical claims.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR operations through technology adoption.
• Build strong working relationships with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
