Job summary

MINDEF seeks a skilled HR services professional to join a team delivering integrated employee HR services and centralised MINDEF corporate services across multiple offices. You will manage delivery of HR services and lead service-improvement projects with a digitalisation focus to enhance HR administrative processes for staff at various locations.

You will work on onboarding, HR operations and system workflows, driving efficiency and ensuring consistent service quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a service-related field, with demonstrated experience in HR operations or service delivery preferred.
• Experience in project management is advantageous.
• Strong service orientation with a keen interest in innovation and digitalisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of integrated employee HR services, including onboarding processes across MINDEF office locations.
• Lead and implement service improvement projects with a strong focus on digitalisation to enhance HR administrative services.
• Manage processes and system workflows to optimise service delivery efficiency.
• Drive service journey designs to improve KPIs such as case resolution times and customer satisfaction scores.
