Job summary

Ministry Of Social And Family Development (MSF) is seeking a Manager in the HR People Service Partners team to deliver consistent, reliable HR services across the employee lifecycle. You will manage cases, translate policy into operations, and work with service partners to improve experience, digital processes and data governance.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in HR operations, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP HR/payroll is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, shared services or employee services.
• Knowledge of end-to-end lifecycle processes and policy interpretation.
• Strong customer service, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office with good data integrity and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle cases: onboarding, renewals, movements, exits, and post-exit matters; apply policies and escalate where needed.
• Provide one-stop HR support via mailbox and digital channels; aim for first-contact resolution.
• Monitor service quality, turnaround times and stakeholder feedback; coordinate with central service providers.
• Lead assigned portfolios such as onboarding, declarations, compensation and benefits, or wellbeing services.
• Contribute to process improvements, digital services, data quality, and governance while safeguarding confidentiality.
