You will manage cases and enquiries, translate policy into effective operations, own assigned functional portfolios, and work with service partners to improve employee experience, digital processes, data quality and governance.
What you will be working on:
- Manage employee lifecycle cases: Deliver accurate and timely services covering appointments, screening and onboarding; renewals and emplacements; compensation and benefits; training administration; movements and declarations; exits; and post-exit matters. Apply policies, analyse information, recommend practical solutions and *escalate* complex or sensitive cases.
- Provide one-stop HR support: Give responsive, accurate and employee-centric advice through the HR mailbox and digital channels; resolve enquiries at first contact where possible; track cases to closure; and maintain FAQs, templates, guidance and internal communications.
- Drive service excellence and partnerships: Monitor volumes, turnaround times, service issues and feedback; address recurring pain points; and work with central service providers, employment agencies, wellbeing providers and vendors to meet service standards and resolve exceptions.
- Lead assigned deskhead portfolios: Own one or more portfolios such as onboarding, declarations, compensation and benefits, exits, awards, screening, renewals, audits, HR system access, data stewardship, communications or wellbeing services. Maintain controls and documentation, track milestones and risks, update the team lead and guide colleagues on consistent application.
- Improve processes, digital services and data quality: Simplify, standardise and automate workflows; support approved case-management, self-service, data and AI tools; maintain accurate employee records; conduct checks and reconciliations; and contribute to reporting, audits, user testing and change implementation while safeguarding confidentiality and compliance.
What we are looking for:
Functional/Technical Competencies
- Tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, with about 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, shared services or employee services.
- Sound knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, HR policy interpretation and end-to-end case management; familiarity with Singapore Public Service HR policies and SAP-based HR or payroll systems is advantageous.
- Strong employee-centric service, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to maintain data integrity, controls and reporting.
- Analytical, meticulous and collaborative, with an interest in process improvement, digitalisation and the responsible use of automation and AI tools; able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
