Job summary

D' Perception Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring across the organisation in Singapore. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates on portals and via agencies to shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer processing.

You will also handle onboarding for new hires, brief them on terms and benefits, coordinate IT and administrative setup, maintain HR records, and update essential personnel files.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail oriented and trustworthy with confidential information.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good coordination and time management abilities.
• Willing to learn and proactive in tasks.
• Able to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in recruitment and HR administration.
• Familiar with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., BIPO).
• Knowledge of Singapore employment/work pass requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post job ads on portals and data mine to source candidates.
• Coordinate with agencies and recruiters on sourcing.
• Review and shortlist candidates; forward CVs to hiring managers.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules with candidates and team.
• Confirm interview details with candidates and agencies via email.
• Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
• Brief new hires on terms, benefits, and policies.
• Coordinate IT and admin setup for new hires.
• Maintain personnel files and update HR records.
