PaceSetters Organisation is hiring an HR & Recruitment Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome) to join our office near Novena MRT. You’ll recruit Wealth Managers, support staff and interns, and handle HR for new joiners in a full-time role.

Fresh graduates or early-career HR, recruitment, or customer service professionals who enjoy talking to people will fit in. You’ll manage candidates via WhatsApp, conduct initial interviews, and maintain tracking and weekly recruitment reports.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in HR, business, psychology or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Enjoys talking to people, and comfortable leading a conversation.
• Organised enough to manage many candidates at once.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets.
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident, able to commit at least 6 months.
• Nice to have: recruitment, sales or customer service experience.

HR & Recruitment Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome) | $2,500 to $3,500

Find the people who’ll grow a 154-strong team. You’ll join PaceSetters Organisation’s HR and recruitment team, hiring Wealth Managers, support staff and interns, and looking after HR for new joiners. Full-time, at our office near Novena MRT.

Who this suits: people-people. Fresh graduates, or early-career HR, recruitment or customer service staff, who like talking to strangers and staying organised.

What you'll do

• Recruit for Wealth Manager, support and internship roles, working to monthly hiring targets

What we offer

• $2,500 to $3,500 a month, negotiable for the right person

• Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, at our office near Novena MRT
