Job summary

PaceSetters Organisation is seeking a Business Development Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome) to join our team near Novena MRT in Singapore. This full-time role focuses on building partnerships and driving outreach for our Wealth Managers, with opportunities to lead corporate talks and events.

Ideal candidates are outgoing graduates or those with some sales/events experience, organised and confident in engaging new contacts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Outgoing and persuasive, and enjoys meeting new people.
• Organised enough to juggle many conversations at once.
• Sales, BD, events or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Singapore Citizen or PR, able to commit at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Find and build partnerships with companies, schools and community organisations.
• Set up corporate talks, workshops and roadshows for our Wealth Managers.
• Plan and run outreach campaigns, and follow up on every lead.
• Track partners and opportunities in our CRM or trackers, and report results against monthly targets.
• Support events from planning to the day itself, including some evenings or weekends, with notice.

Business Development Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome) | $2,500 to $3,500

Open doors for a growing team. You’ll build partnerships with companies, schools and community groups for PaceSetters Organisation, home to 154 Wealth Managers. Full-time, at our office near Novena MRT.
