Job summary

PaceSetters Organisation is seeking a Marketing & Events Executive in Singapore to tell our story and run events that bring our Wealth Managers together. This is a full-time role at our office near Novena MRT, with mentoring and hands-on training.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and you will own campaigns and events within months. You’ll plan social content, organise monthly meetings, design materials, craft clear copy, and track engagement to guide future strategies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, events or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience with social media content and event coordination.
• Able to manage evenings/weekends with notice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and post content for our LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
• Organise monthly group meetings, showcase nights, client seminars and recruitment events.
• Design posters, invites and slides (Canva or similar).
• Write short, clear copy for posts, emails and event pages.
• Track engagement and event turnout, and suggest what to try next.

Tell our story and run the events that bring our 154 Wealth Managers together. you'll join PaceSetters Organisation's marketing and events team, working on social media and events. Full-time, at our office near Novena MRT.

Who this suits:

creative fresh graduates or early-career marketers who've run social pages, organised events, or both, and want to own the results.

What you'll do

• Plan and post content for our LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
• Organise our monthly group meetings, showcase nights, client seminars and recruitment events, including some evenings or weekends, with notice
• Design posters, invites and slides (Canva or similar)
• Write short, clear copy for posts, emails and event pages
• Track engagement and event turnout, and suggest what to try next

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, events or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
• A good eye for design and a feel for what works on LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
• Organised, and calm under pressure on event days
• Comfortable with Canva; video editing is a plus
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, able to commit at least 6 months

What we offer

• $2,500 to $3,500 a month, negotiable for the right person
• Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, at our office near Novena MRT
