PaceSetters Organisation's HR and recruitment team is hiring an HR & Recruitment Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome) to support Wealth Manager, staff, and interns. This full-time role is based at our office near Novena MRT, offering mentorship and structured onboarding from day one.

You'll screen applicants, conduct initial video interviews, keep candidates informed via WhatsApp, and maintain recruitment trackers. Fresh graduates or early-career HR enthusiasts are encouraged to apply.

• Diploma or degree in HR, business, psychology or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Organised enough to manage many candidates at once.

• Recruit for Wealth Manager, support and internship roles, working to monthly hiring targets.
• Screen applicants and run first interviews by video call, alongside our recruiter
• Keep candidates updated by WhatsApp, and help book second interviews
• Represent PSO at recruitment events
• Handle onboarding and HR records for new joiners
• Keep the recruitment tracker accurate and report weekly numbers

HR & Recruitment Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome) | $2,500 to $3,500

Find the people who’ll grow a 154-strong team. You’ll join PaceSetters Organisation’s HR and recruitment team, hiring Wealth Managers, support staff and interns, and looking after HR for new joiners. Full-time, at our office near Novena MRT.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or degree in HR, business, psychology or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
• Enjoys talking to people, and comfortable leading a conversation
• Organised enough to manage many candidates at once
• Comfortable with Google Sheets
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, able to commit at least 6 months
• Nice to have: recruitment, sales or customer service experience

What we offer

• $2,500 to $3,500 a month, negotiable for the right person
• Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, at our office near Novena MRT
• A mentor and hands-on training, with a clear recruitment playbook from day one
